On June 18-19, ECDI will present Going Green: Sustainable Economic Development at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center. During this course, leading economic and community development practitioner-experts will present innovative ideas and practices based upon proven success in energy-conscious and environmentally-friendly development. Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to ask questions and engage in constructive dialogue about the challenges, possibilities, and potential of going green.
The course curriculum is specifically targeted to meet the training and educational needs of economic developers, chamber of commerce officials, state and local elected officials and community leaders, utility company representatives, and community and regional planners.
